All disabled customers are welcome at Glastonbudget and we want your visit to be as comfortable as possible. If you would like to use the facilities we are providing for disabled customers please fill out the application form and send it back with proof of your disability. Not all disabled customers will need to use all these facilities but Glastonbudget will allow whatever is needed and where necessary allow a 2 for 1 on your purchase to allow carers or PA’s to attend.

DISABLED INFO FAQS

Parking Facilities:

When you arrive you will need to display your blue badge to gain access to the area in the car park reserved for disabled parking. This is the closest car park to the wristband exchange which is where you will need to go next.

Camping Facilities: Once through the wristband exchange you will be directed to camping area A. This has been reserved for less abled and disabled people and their carers/PA’s. It is closest to the wristband exchange, closest to the main arena entrance and closest to the Red Cross. We have also located the disabled toilets near this area of camping. The restrictions set out in our standard terms and conditions in regards to equipment, general items and alcohol still apply in these areas and must be adhered to.

Arena Facilities: There are two viewing platforms, one for the main stage and one in the showcase big top. The other stages don’t normally get busy enough to warrant having viewing platforms. Both the platforms work on a first come first served basis, unfortunately we cannot reserve space. For health and safety issues associated with overcrowding there is a strict one plus one policy. We ask all customers to be considerate of other’s needs. Seating will not be provided on these platforms as this does take up valuable space, your carer or friend will have to stand. Toilets for disabled users are in the main arena are located in the main toilet blocks. Please refer to the festival map.

Where possible please use the form below to submit applications, it’s is a lot quicker and saves paper. Attaching images of your documentation is also acceptable provided they look like authentic copies. If any enquiries about applications please use the contact form here

Once we have received all relevant documents relating to your application and reviewed it a confirmation Email will be sent to the email you have provided, or for posted applications a letter will be sent to your address. Please allow at least one month for applications to be processed. Registration forms cannot be submitted on the day. The cut off time for applications is two weeks before the festival date.
