New Booking System
We have been working hard behind the scenes to bring you a better ticket booking experience.
This now combines our Bank transfer system and our card payment partner, Stripe.
You will no longer need to purchase tickets from third parties, its now all in one place.
If you have already purchased tickets either directly through us or through gigantic they have automatically transferred over, you will just need to confirm your account HERE where you can add to the order, see the status of your tickets and change your postal address and details if needed.

We imported all previous and existing orders from 2018 to 2022 for your convenience. You wont have to fill out your name and address again but you can change them when you log in.
No. Only our payment partner Stripe ask for these details when you choose this option. We don't hold any card details or bank details in our system.
You are only able to buy a ticket for an under 18 if you have a ticket for an over 18 in your basket, or have previously purchased a ticket for an over 18 on another order.
A VIP ticket is a ticket upgrade, so you must have an existing day or weekend ticket in your basket or on another order.
You would need to get in touch using the contact form below and we can add family camping to your existing order. You would then just need to pay for the upgrade, we would send you instructions on how to do this.
