Influenced by an eclectic mix of artists. Spanning across multiple genres, they formed their sound from an amalgamation of each individuals taste. For example, Ben Thompson brings a flavour of 20th century jazz to the bands sound. Taking influence from Django Reinhardt, the Beatles and many others. This is matched by Ben Phair’s unique take on indie rock, using a range of sounds from fast picking and complex riffs to simple complementary melodies, drawing influence from hard rock & other indie music in general, such as the strokes and blink 182.
