Terms and Conditions of use of the Caravan and Campervan Field.

Please use the campervan and caravan entrance (entrance 3) to access the festival site.
Please ensure your pass is displayed in the windscreen of your vehicle or vehicle accompanying your caravan before you enter the site. Every Caravan or Campervan must have a Campervan ticket displayed and each person within the vehicle must have a valid Weekend Festival ticket.
References to campervan or caravan set out in these terms and conditions include any purpose built portable living accommodation that can be towed or driven. No camping without a suitable vehicle is permitted, this is NOT an area for ‘tent only’ pitches!
A standard pitch of 6m x 8m maximum in the campervan field is included in the price of your campervan ticket. If your portable accommodation is likely to exceed this area (including any towing vehicles) you will have to buy another campervan ticket. It is not possible to ‘overhang’ your vehicles in any way as this creates a safety risk if a fire should break out.
Towing vehicles must stay with the caravan in the allocated pitch for the duration of the festival. Absolutely no vehicles can be driven around any part of the fields except for gaining entry and leaving the site.
There must be a clear 3m space between each vehicle in the caravan and campervan fields or as directed by the campsite stewards and the onsite fire officer.
Only purpose built or converted vehicles with fitted sleeping, cooking and or washing facilities will be allowed to enter the campervan fields. Security and stewarding will be checking each vehicle as it arrives.
Strictly one caravan or campervan can be parked in the allocated pitch.
One small tent is allowed to be pitched behind or to the side of the vehicles but MUST NOT go outside the allocated pitch.
No tents or awnings are permitted in the fire lanes or anywhere deemed a safety risk by the campsite stewards or fire officer.
No vehicles are permitted in the fire lanes or anywhere deemed a safety risk by the campsite stewards or fire officer.
Trading is not permitted anywhere in the camping fields from any vehicle.
In the interests of noise pollution and respecting local residents sound and audio equipment whether fitted to a vehicle or not are not to be operated in the caravan/campervan fields.
Animals and pets of any kind are not permitted on site anywhere, this includes the campervan fields, you will be refused entry if you attempt to bring your pets with you, exceptions will be made for special assistance dogs.
Strictly NO glass bottles to be brought in to the festival site. Any glass found may be confiscated. Persons bringing their own reasonable quantity of alcoholic drinks may consume these in the camping areas. No alcohol can be taken into the arena area.
Any item that is deemed unsuitable may be refused at our discretion. This includes fireworks, Generators, Glass Containers, smoke canisters, Chinese style lanterns, laser pens, any illegal or offensive items, offensive weapons or potential weapons or other similar articles. Any person in possession of such articles may be refused entry or ejected.
All waste water including toilet and shower waste must be taken and deposited in the elson point provided. It is against the law to tip these kinds of waste into the field or nearby streams or rivers.
No open fires are permitted anywhere onsite. Small barbecues can be used within your allocated pitch, but must be at least 3m away from any vehicle.
You and your vehicles must have vacated your pitch by 2pm on Monday – the day after the event weekend. Remaining vehicles, tents and any articles will be removed.
The management reserves the right to eject anyone from site and confiscate their tickets and wristbands who does not comply to these terms and conditions
